2.- WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS FROM THE USER?

KIWANDA LABS will process the following personal data of the user:

Identification data: name and surname, ID number Contact details: telephone number, email address, and postal address In the case that the user provides data of third parties, they assume the responsibility of having informed them beforehand and having their consent for it, according to article 14 of the GDPR.

3.- FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?

KIWANDA LABS processes personal data for the purposes outlined below, depending on the reason for which they have been provided:

a) To carry out the provision of contracted services, maintain the contractual relationship, and follow up on it.

b) To contact, process, manage, and respond to the user’s request, inquiry, incident, or question (whether through email, contact form, or phone).

f) To assess and manage, if applicable, the user’s curriculum vitae for selection processes that match their professional profile and carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of staff.

4.- WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF PROCESSING THE USER’S DATA?

The legal basis for processing your personal data for purposes a), b), and c) is the execution of the corresponding service provision, which is a mandatory requirement for it. The legal basis for processing personal data for purposes d), e), and f) is the explicit consent given by the user.

5.- HOW LONG WILL KIWANDA LABS PROCESS THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?

The data for managing the relationship with the customer and the billing and collection of services will be retained for the entire duration of the contract. Once this relationship ends, the data may be kept for the time required by applicable legislation and until any potential responsibilities arising from the contract expire. Data for managing inquiries and requests will be kept for the time necessary to respond to them, with a maximum period of one year. Data for sending commercial communications and creating commercial profiles of our products or services will be kept for three years. Curriculum vitae data for selection processes will be kept for two years.

6.- TO WHOM WILL THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

The user’s personal data may be communicated to financial entities through which the management of collections and payments is articulated. They may also be communicated to the competent Public Administrations in the cases provided for by the Law.

KIWANDA LABS reminds the user that they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant Control Authority when the user considers that their rights have been violated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user may contact KIWANDA LABS to mediate before filing the complaint with the competent Authority.
